The US economic docket revealed that the
economy grew at a faster pace in the second
Qtr of 2025, with GDP expanding 3.3% QoQ,
above both the preliminary 3.0% estimate and
market expectation of 3.1%
US Initial Jobless Claims for the week ending
August 23 fell to 229K, just below forecast of
230K and down from 234K the prior week.
The latest ECB minutes showed that the
Central bank adopted a wait and see mode,
with a high bar set for another rate cut.
US PCE inflation is expected to
